Re: Harry's Song (Mp3 available)

Much improved MP3 - recorded by someone who had a clue.

Also I've left out the machine gun. Too naff.

Re: Harry's Song (Mp3 available)

Marten, Many thanks. I've been so uncertain about my first attempt at a song. Friends are just too nice to tell me that it's a total disaster so I remained insecure! Re: Harry's Song (Mp3 available)

Thank you so much for the comments. I wrote the song and play the guitar on the recording but have a tame, competent singer to make a song out of it. Another girl, another bed, my mind was there, but free. I was safe within my world, no one could capture...

Re: Drifting off (Tucked in)

The title sets up the poem and creates a warm, secure feeling before starting to read. Lovely. Then, the words successfully captures the jumbled thoughts that we have when falling asleep, dozing, dreaming or, perhaps, lost somewhere in them all, unable to distinguish just what's happening. You choose ...

Re: Murmur

Builds tension nicely in the first section, but somehow seems to lose momentum and just work its way to the end.

The second section doesn't seem as "clean" as the first.
