This is the title of a tragicomedy by John Harding.
It begins with an old,one-legged South-sea islander, the only literate member of his tribe, who is translating HAMLET into pidgin English for the edification of his people and struggling with the famous soliloquy:

Is be ,or is be not, is be one big damn puzzler
