Notifications not working on iphone

on my iphone 6
the icon for Notifications appears in red
yet when you click on it
the normal drop down window
showing the list
does not show up

Hi

I've had a look at the forum support and this was a known issue but should have been fixed. I've checked the file concerned and it looks correct to me. Will keep looking for a fix. Seems to have been a problem for various mobile devices.
