Proposed: to pick one feature poem per month/two weeks.
One of the best things about this forum is how laid back it is. There need not be any established rotation for selecting the poems, no organized committee that votes or other such nonsense I see on other poetry boards like this one - but I feel that some great pieces have been chosen, I don't think they have gotten the attention they deserve.
What does everyone think?
Feature Poem Proposition
right now people nominate poems, sometimes two in one week, sometimes one a month, sometimes....etc. No set pattern. I'm wondering if making it a monthly thing, or two-week thing, would make it more organized.

Well, I am no fan of organization, but here is what I would propose. To the most recently featured poet is given the privilege of selecting the following featured poet at his leisure; allowing him one month in which to do so. After such time, the selecting should default to Cameron.
What say you to that?

We do usually ask the previous featured poet to nominate the next one and try to make it monthly-ish. Other people can make suggestions if they wish but ultimately it is up to the 'chosen one' to choose.
