greetings Nash

i've not been around for sometime
so i'm just being acquainted with the new forum

i see that my poems that had been uploaded in the past as jpg attachments
are no longer visible
is that because of the technical transition from the old forum to the new one ?

is adding a jpg as an attachment still the only method
if i wish to post an image from my computer ?

also my view now is that all text is in white
and the background of the forum is a combination of anthracite and black
is that they only theme available ?

if not where to i go to choose for something different ?

thankyuuu for your assistance

Hi, Lotus.

I can answer only one of your two inquiries, the second one.

I complained about the black theme also, and so they transferred over additional themes.

On the bar on the right under the graphics, you should press on

lotus > User Control Panel > Board preferences tab

Then select the My Board Style that you want (i.e., the theme). I am using AllanStyle-SUBSILVER. "Prosilver" should also be a light color.

As for your graphics, when they transferred all the data over from the old site, they may not have transferred the directory that holds the graphics. It's also possible that the directory for graphics was renamed, which would cause the links in your posts to be broken. But I am only guessing. One of the moderators should be able to help you, or Camus. I think that Camus (who has renamed himself "the stranger") is now running the forum.
Signature info:
If you don't like the black theme, it is easy to switch to a lighter color. Just ask me how.
If I don't critique your poem, it is probably because I don't understand it.
