Having neglected certain Forum duties for a while now (not enough hours in the day, requiring more help - more about that in a moment) I've started knuckling down, addressing some issues. So when I migrated the forum over, certain aspects stopped functioning correctly, namely the BBCodes (bulletin board codes) which allow you to post photos, links and Youtube videos. That seems to be fixed now so:

UPDATES:
In implementing the above, the Forum had to be updated to the latest version, and also the PHP version updated. This seems to have caused an issue with performance. It seems only to be in the backend admin though? The front end (posting etc) seems to be ok. But if you do come across any issues, this may well be the cause and i'm aware of it. Please feel free to post any problems though.
PRUNING
I think it's time to start looking at the forum as a whole, what we'd like to keep and what could be discarded? How to move forward, attract new users etc...

In regards to the PRUNING, I also think it's time to look at the Admins and Moderators. Who wants to stay and who doesn't mind in the slightest if they disappear completely? I think ( I know) I need more help, so it would be great if perhaps an existing Moderator and long term contributor would like to step up to become an Admin and hopefully help me out around the place? I definitely need to look at the permissions and what not, the ins and outs, but that is certainly on the table. I'll post something in the Moderators' Motel regarding this matter.
