Apologies for the outage this pm. There seems to have been problems on the server side of things and we were accidentally suspended but now we are unsuspended and hopefully will stay so.

That's OK.

Whenever I see the word "outage", I read "outrage" and do a double-take. We have a lot of "network outrages" where I work, regarding which I like to wonder.
