We have had 2 emails today purporting to be from the Poets Graves Support Team suggesting our profile/passwords etc need updating. They also have a zip file attachment.

Needless to say these are SPAM and nothing to do with us. If you receive one you should neither open nor reply to it, JUST DELETE.

Any problems, please let me know.

And for anyone who didn't know, never, ever post your own email in its real form on any publicly viewable message board like this. Spam merchants - and possibly worse - will harvest it. If you do want to post it, then fiddle around with it a bit, to confuse the automatic electronic harvesters. So, if your email address is penny.lane@liverpool.com, you could write it as penny.laneATliverpool.com (which the harvesters won't even detect as an email address, or penny.lane@SPAMKILLERliverpool.com, or epnny.lane@liverpool.com (with a note to say that the first two letters need reversing)

P.S. To see how email harvesters work, try googling, say, @btinternet.com . I just have - getting approximately 2,240,000 results. And if you're having serious problems with spam yourself, try googling your own email address. If you get any result at all, that's where the spammers found it.
