hello from down under

hi all, i am a 34 year old from australia, i am very new to writing , i have battled severe depression most of my adult life, and have only recently started writing on a blog, it seems to help me get all my frustrations and feelings out in the open for others to read.
i recently tried my hand at poetry, i enjoyed it, so here i am , out to try something new,

Never mind writing it - although writing it is good - are you reading it? Helps with the writing, and it's fun in itself.

i keep a small notebook of what i write, and it is enjoyable to look back at what i have created, i have never been to much of a writer so doing this gives me immense satisfaction, its very enjoyable, very relaxing
