Hello there. I used to dabble in poetry when I was younger but stopped when I got into other things. I recently just started writing again so yes, one could say I'm unsure about my work.

Been dancing around this forum for weeks since I stumbled upon it. Suffice to say the insanely high quality works I've read here intimidates the heck out of me. But I want to get better at my writing so...now I'm here.

Looking forward to learning and improving.

Hi Oddball (LOL, I could use that pseudonym too!). I'm brand new too and look forward to have other newbies around the board.

Gidday Oddball

Welcome to the board. Good to read and write poetry. I'm sure you will find us less than fearsome. Your contributions will be good, I'm sure.
Cheers
Dave

Hey, it's another dave! Thanks for the welcome, kozmikdave, but I think it's best I ignore the last part of your post for the sake of my nerves.

Looking forward to what you can teach me. See you around. :)

I'm sure you'll quickly get over feeling intimidated - You probably have done already. Welcome to the forum.

I know! Let's piss each other off with our crits! That way we'll forget all about being intimidated. What do you say, eh?
Ahem, joking, of course. Thanks, Milu. :)
