Hello everyone, I'm Philip C.F. Johnson, I'm a university student who lives in the U.K.
I'm pleased to "meet" everyone.

I've joined because I've recently taken to writing poems again, and I really wanted them to be read by somebody, but I'm not prepared to let anyone I know see them. I know that may sound silly, but that's just my way I suppose. I've written a number poems within these past months, that hopefully I will be posting soon, and writing more for you all to read!

Anyways I hope you all enjoy my poetry, and I certainly look forward to reading all of yours!

Welcome.
I did not share the things I wrote with many people before I joined either. The idea of being critiqued was scary. I have found this to be a safe place to look at your work from the readers point of view. It is hard when, like me, you have read and reread everything a million times and do not hear it anymore. You can get good, honest feedback here and challenge yourself in pleasant ways.
