I heard that Facebook is all the rage these days, so I waded my way through the ugly and clumsy set-up process to create a profile page.
What's that all about then? What does it do?
I don't do much with Facebook, but I know writers who do. On Why Blog? I try to justify my use of blogs rather than other methods. I guess I don't have much to announce, and nothing's urgent or very topical, so I don't need Facebook let alone Twitter.

Thanks Tim. Blogs I can understand, not that I write one or read any. I imagine there's plenty of room in a blog and you can make it your own. They seem more free-range compared to the battery farming methods of Facebook.
Of course, I'm already following Antiphon, Ros. (...at least I think I am, I 'Liked' it, is that the same thing?)
That's very kind of you Michaela, thankyou. I'll do that now!
