I seem to have lost my most recent poem during the period of the recent technical problem..and I'm sure some posts have gone from it and some other threads. Has the recently posted activity gone for good?

Sorry Seth but those posts that are missing are not recoverable.
I have no idea what went wrong with today's upgrade but we have had to resort to a backup from earlier this morning.
There will be posts missing from today which won't be recoverable. For one nasty moment I thought the whole forum may have disappeared!!
Apologies to everyone who has lost posts today - hopefully you will be able to recreate the threads.
Its a real pain and to make matters worse it means I still have to upgrade it - but that won't be today - I will do it in a morning so that if it goes wrong again we won't lose many posts (the back-ups run in the mornings)
