I'm doing a project and I've looked everywhere, but can't find what I need. I need a 10-line stanza excerpt that uses feminine (or double) rhyme, and another 10-line stanza excerpt with masculine rhyme. Please I would love it if someone would write two stanzas or give me a link to where I can get them....Just email me at endersgirl@aol.com if u want to help. I promise I'll credit you! Thanx!

Hi bolognathief

Masculine rhyme occurs when the last syllable of a line of poetry is stressed and is associated with iambic and anapestic meter. Lines ending in cat, sat, fat, mat etc would be masculine.

Feminine rhymes occur when the stressed syllable is followed by an unstressed syllable eg in words such as clearly, nearly, early. Feminine rhymes are associated with trochaic and dactylic meter.

Cheers
Cam

Perhaps I speak only for myself here (and for those I care about--forgive the frankness), though I doubt it, when I tell you to piss off. If you want to whore someone's work out, find somebody who's dead and therefore can't object to being sold off for a paltry goddamned project. I say this with particular animosity, since you seem to know what it is and should then know how it can be done. Go pound sand.

"Her Majesty's a pretty nice girl,
but she doesn't have a lot to say
Her Majesty's a pretty nice girl
but she changes from day to day

"I wanna tell her that I love her a lot
But I gotta get a bellyful of wine
Her Majesty's a pretty nice girl
Someday I'm gonna make her mine, oh yeah,
someday I'm gonna make her mine."

I have a daughter who is named after you. You with the rapier wit and gift for astute analyses.
