But
Why these feelings?
Why love?
Why cry?
Why fuck, sleep and die?
What IS the meaning of life?
Aaargghh...

This reminds me of my own questioning that I went through at quite an early age.
I thought the first stanza had enough ambiguity for one to ponder multiple issues around the subject.
For me it’s simple, the now is captivating and at times like heaven is described, if there is something after it will be an appreciated bonus, if not I will have maxed it out in this one.
A very thoughtful subject, with no commonality in any particular answer, perhaps savour it all and grasp the tangible. I like this.
Many thanks

I like that a lot. As a whole, this is probably not so much a poem as the recording of a state of mind that might lead to a poem, but good questions, and some decent half-answers (and further questions).
Cheers
