I aspire to be taller,
richer and brighter.
To be fabulous both
day and at night.
To turn heads wherever I wander,
and always to be completely right.
But, I am shorter,
poorer and thicker,
both in my head
and around my waist,
and my prowess
seems to desert me,
and I suspect
I have quite questionable taste!
aspirations
Very nicely written, and I like the twist at the end.
Enjoyed.

Hey, mb7.
I love reading pieces where I can image the author writing them, and pondering over each line.
This is such a piece. Made me smile.
Cheers,
- Neil.
