THE ANZAC TEST 2007.
Hindmarsh scored the first try,
Matt King was next one in,
Six nil score at half-time,
For the Anzac Test to win.
Thurston's kicks were stunning,
Karmichael's skills just fine,
Yes, Australia played the Kiwis,
As they charged towards the line.
From second-half it was magic,
Try scores kept rolling in,
At Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium,
Australia's home ground win.
From the captain to his players,
Our Aussie's shine with pride,
With thirty points to six nil,
To defeat New Zealand's side.
Done poems on these test matches,
On games ere years before,
Of amazing great league players,
Who represent our shore.
