The woman I knew
moved in different ways,
all limb lovely,
and feelings within her
moved as well,
outpacing wind-gone leaves,
spinning away
from grasping bough,
her thought whirled
in its bright container.

Swift and gliding,
so she was;
I halt by the memory,
captive
to her dizzying motion,
my dim sphere
shadowed by her circle
revolving in itself,
itself moving too.

If eternity
stands waiting,
the freedom
of her dancing
inside a dance,
deserves
its extended hand.

Hello,RC

I really like your voice.
The bass drone sounds a bit wooly in places where (I'm guessing) the strings are not heavy enough.
What tuning are you using?

mac and TLF - I guess the audio does work - I can't access it myself - don' unnerstan'.

It's in Open C tuning - the bass and D strings are really low - hard to control the fuzz or wooliness - RC

Direct(?) links aren't working at the moment,RC.
We're having to copy the URL into the address bar.
NB If you post a YOUTUBE link, a direct link IS created if you change //https to //http.

One of my favourite guitarists - Dave Evans - use CAGDAD a lot.
I think he uses an old railway line for his bottom "C" !

TLF - What Evans is using is a different C tuning from the one I use.

I use CGCGCE - Joni Mitchell used it on some of her tunes. It's easy
to get a sort of oriental sound out of it. - RC

RC,
I did try open "C" tuning once - I broke the "B" string tuning it up to "C". True!
