And still it falls
as two lovers step out
to walk in the park
through virgin snow

The moon casts a blue glow
to guide the couple
as they totter along,
hand in hand, lost to beauty

Hi JJ,

This makes me happy and smile.
There is a picture in the poem, there is a poem in the picture.
They accompany each other beautifully.
Very nice feel looking at it.

Nowt else to offer, only envy.
You do snow and trees so well.
The colours and tone of the painting are harmonious to the poem. :D

Thanks, mac, for dropping in to comment. I'm pleased the title and painting was a success because its difficult
to find atmosphere with a moon painting. :)

Thank you, Lake, for the beautiful comments. I felt warm reading them. Lovely thing to say. I think the poem could stand a nudge or two. :)

Thanks, Pauline, for the kind comments and good laughs. Always appreciated. :)
I must admit I'm partial to snow paintings, but this one is definitely the last one for this winter.
I've another Lake District one in the offing, this time with greenery. God help me.

Best to all
