This is intended to be an experimental forum where artists and poets can engage in a dialogue. It could involve photos or drawings or paintings or poems or other kinds of art work.
Ted Hughes famously collaborated with two photographers: Fay Godwin (Remains of Elmet) and Peter Keen (River) - so I'm hoping that this area might spark some interesting joint projects. The collaboration process could work in either direction i.e. photos inspiring poems or poems inspiring photos.
There are three ways to post a photo:
1) Attach it directly to your post; photo appears.
2) Provide a hyperlink to a site such as photobucket/myspace etc where you have previously uploaded it. (Photo doesn't appear.)
3) Surround that hyperlink with "Img" tags (from the edit bar); photo appears.
However, to avoid distorting the shape of the forum or eating into our bandwidth please ensure that photos are no bigger than 600-700 pixels in width.
Please remember that copyright law applies to photos too. Therefore you should only post photos which you have taken yourself or where the owner has specifically granted their permission.
Anyway, I'll be interested to see what develops. Go with the flow; have fun.

PS Needless to say, we don't want this to turn into Poets' Porn!
