Trees
Hi Dante,
So glad to see your post again. You've captured a beautiful tree. I like how it branches out and the deep shadow in the woods as contrasted with the bright sky.

Very lovely and delicate - and I love the light and shade.
Reminds me of this Louise Bogan poem, written in 1922

Now that I know
That passion warms little
Of flesh in the mold,
And treasure is brittle,
I’ll lie here and learn
How, over their ground,
Trees make a long shadow
And a light sound.

Wonderful trees, Danté. Wonderful photo too.
The way the two trees reach out to one another across the fence, really gripped me.
Sometimes black&white is the right thing to do; such as here.
