Ooh, I like this, Pauline.

That stonework is super.

Lovely detail...such as the hills in the distance under the bridge.

And the back of the head of the person in the water....I take it to be that...is a nice touch.
We fray into the future, rarely wrought
Save in the tapestries of afterthought.

Thanks Seth.
Chuffed to bits you like it.
It's taken me a while to finish it.
I messed up on the perspective of the bridge and the thought of moving the columns
and matching the stonework filled me with dread.
I finally plucked up the courage a year and a half later
and I'm now happier with the result.
Phew.
I tried to post it with the original so the changes I've made could be compared
but I struggled to do this.
Hey ho.
Thanks for the positive comments.
It means a lot.
It makes my efforts worthwhile. :D

I remember this, Pauline. The stonework IS great and the scene seems clearer beyond the bridge.
It does look like the bridge to Hell. Good rapids.

Best
