Revelers winin
Steelpan jammin
Homemade costumes shakin and shinin
Flags and hands wavin
catchin a vibe to de Soca riddim
Feelin de scene
so de crowd dem scream
when de DJ shouts dey country name
People dancin in front and dey dancin behine
as onlookers sing, chant and lime
bottle and stick makin a groove
in an atmosphere wit notin to prove
Clear out a space
Get off meh case
Metal and bars wont hold meh in place
I eh takin a chance
watch meh jump an dance
doh watch how ah small
but make room fuh meh advance
Man we all anti-crime
listen to dis rhyme
Take notes from dis festival of unity one-time!

I guess this would sound great with the correct accent, more of a performance piece perhaps.
