I prefer a 'giggle' to a 'cackle'
but they're essentially the same

I'd rather 'burp' than 'belch'
but again, they're just the same

In upper echelons it's sofa, not settee
but, come on, they're the bloody same!

Then there's you, 'here' and you 'not here'
these days, I don't notice the difference.
