Past the point of No Return
Past the point where the slow burn of love
Will no longer heal the wounds
That I no longer feel anyway

All that remains
A constant ache like a blunted amputation
The anticipation of separation
More acutely felt than the passing of relations
Dawning realisation that everything melts away, passes
Lost to the years
All those fears
All those tears
Fade...
And are gone

Nicely written, The ending is great! makes the sad times in the past seem so far away.
