After all the waiting and quiet spells I'm pleased to announce that the Poets' Graves collection is complete and the first books are back from the printers. Since the printers provided an incredibly speedy service the rest of the world needs to catch up with them. At the moment the ISBN service hasn't completed the registration of the book which means it is unlikely to be stocked by Amazon or to be available for order through book stores until the New Year. However I have a limited amount of books available in the meantime. I'm in the process of installing a new store to the Ravenshead Press site and I think the basics are working enough for UK based members to order books here http://www.ravensheadpress.co.uk/book-s ... ucts_id=31. Next week I hope to conquer the complexities of the system and provide a fully working service.
For those who do Facebook there is a page dedicated to updates of the collection here https://www.facebook.com/contactpg . A short article on the process of compiling the book is available here http://www.ravensheadpress.co.uk/blog/. Again for Facebook devotees Ravenshead Press has its own page here https://www.facebook.com/RavensheadPress

Thanks a million, Ben and the editorial team!
Love the cover - the way how the two leaves are talking to each other. Great pick!

I like the Ravenshead blog write up on this, Ben. I was not a member when Barrie was here, but I've seen his posts and understand why PG members have so deeply felt the loss of him. I think it's so cool that you tracked down his family members so that Barrie's poems are included.
Excited to get my copies to read and share, and I will of course pay all extra shipping costs to get them over here.
Thanks again to you and Ros and Nash and your illustrious printer.
Cheers

Anyone else got theirs yet? There's a fascinating range of poems. I'm very excited!

Mine arrived yesterday.
Congratulations to all the contributors but especially to the eds for making such a brilliant selection - much great poetry in there, (I feel flattered to be included!) well done to all.

Well done, everyone.
It is a good looking book, Ben. Well done on the choice of printer.
I've read all of the poems far too many times during the editing process and I thought I wouldn't want to read them again...ever. But, there I was last night reading through them. The quality is outstanding...well done us!

Yes, congratulations in all directions!
I thought it looked good when I was proof-reading it, but holding the real book in your hand is a whole different experience.

Yay! - I got mine today. (no, we don't have Sunday delivery, but yesterday's mail was late)
It's absolutely stunning. I could hardly put it down all day. Are we really as good as all that? Yes, obviously.
Thanks to everyone! Congratulations to everyone!

Many congrats to everyone involved in this, especially Ian, John and Ros. I got home after a 7 hour delayed flight to find my copy, which lifted my flagging spirits. This is a great forum, and I am both proud to be a member and unhappy that I do no find the time to contribute more.

Yes, and non-UK based—how do we order copies?

You can get it on Amazon.com, Jackie...or, if you wish to avoid that evil empire, you can contact Ben Johnson here..he is the publisher.
