If I don't critique your poem, it is probably because I don't understand it.

Congrats, Phil. Excellent poem and pic! Sorry about the haggarding, though. I look well rough sometimes

PS: I see you were at Aberystwyth! My friend Anna went there to read Equine Science šŸ“

You're welcome, Phil :)

Yes, Anna had a great time at Aber. She didn't stay in horseworld, though; she became an estate agent, as I recall.

Many congrats Mac. I enjoyed your poem and spotted in your bio that you studied in Aberystwyth. This is where I was born. I only lived there for the first 6 months of my life, then moved to England where I grew up, so I donā€™t really think I can call myself Welsh, though this is what it says on my driving licence and passport.

You are very productive at the moment and getting a lot published. Are you think of a pamphlet soon?

Cheers,

Tristan

Thanks Tristan. Another small world coincidence. A friend once stumbled on an old friend in China, both were teaching in different parts of the country, both just happen to be visiting Hong Kong at the time. I chose Aberystwyth because it began with the letter A and Aberdeen was too far away

cheers

Just popping back in to pick up on Tristan's question re. a pamphlet, MacPhil. How would this work? Would you publish an assortment of successes? I am intrigued!

I don't know Fliss. I enjoy this hobby, as I do chess and the occasional watercolor. I like to dabble rather than get too ambitious. More fun :D

Dabbling sounds good, MacPhil. Well, I'd dabbled for about a decade before Mike Burch turned up and invited me to submit! I suppose I'm not particularly ambitious, enjoying the occasional success but happy to hobby; yes, I've decided that's a verb :)
