Err, anyone remember my "Confessions" sequence? Well, after a couple of years of working on them, on and off, I managed to whittle them down to 20 (from 40+) which I cheekily sent off to UK mag The Delinquent as, ahem, a single poem.
They've just replied to say, "Piss off that's not ONE poem, but TWENTY poems, of which we'd like to take a mere EIGHT for our next issue. If that's OK." Well, of course I hummed and ahhed for at least a second before replying "FUCK YEAH."
Woop!

Not off-hand, but I've just renewed my acquaintance with it (them?). Good stuff.brianedwards wrote:Err, anyone remember my "Confessions" sequence?
I haven't heard of The Delinquent before. Congratulations. 8/20 is - in this context - a very good score, I think.
Cheers

Thanks David and Cathy. Quite a neat little mag actually, if you fancy something a little off-the-wall. Downloadable on the cheap too.
