Just had 4 accepted at Snakeskin. Although they were slightly pre-PG poems, I know I first heard of Snakeskin here...from this section. And I might not have bothered without being engaged in this site...and of course with you lot. So I can only repeat what Nash has said recently. Three cheers for PG. Ride the bus to Parnassus.
Ant.
Good St David's day.

Well done indeed Ant!
I was looking at that issue of Snakeskin this morning, I didn't realise that was you.
I noticed there's someone else we know in there too.
Nash.

Thanks Nash.Nash wrote:I noticed there's someone else we know in there too.
Didn't know it was up yet. And now I see David in there as well. Good company.

....and to quote David:
"In the interests of full disclosure, I should confess that" I didn't get in.
However, I didn't get a rejection note from them, is that normal for Snakeskin? Do they only let you know if you're successful?

Well done, chaps. And this forum used to be so quiet when we started it! Now look at it!

The daffs are out. All the forces of Welshness combine on St David's day.Suzanne wrote:Ant! you are on a roll.

The feeling is mutual. Loving Get to Bole - only one I've read so far. But you're Welsh? I thought you were Scottish. Or am I just easily misled? I'll tell you as soon as I've finished counting these magic beans.Antcliff wrote:Thanks Nash.

This does seem to be what they do. Still, Cake, though, eh? What?Nash wrote:However, I didn't get a rejection note from them, is that normal for Snakeskin? Do they only let you know if you're successful?

David,
Good grief. The next poem..that is bizarre. Many ants directly after?
Your fishing rod toon is very touching/Charlie Chan toon is very witty. Good combo.
My unbelievably slight wind poem was sent before you gave me a good edit suggestion on it. Pity. All those months in the wind have gone to something.
Ant
now outed...Seth.

Dad is Welsh, but moved to Scotland later. I knew Wales in my childhood visiting my grandparents in Swansea. I would be (and will be) eligible for Scottish or Welsh or English passport.David wrote:But you're Welsh? I thought you were Scottish.
