this evening whilst rummaging
through my head
I found three clothes pegs (one bright blue)
an abandoned granddad (at the end of a pier)
a frisky Goat (who smoked)
and the butt of a joke.

I tried to amalgamate

but failed

and thought I’d tell you about it.

Ah thanks Camus
now I shall spend my evening worrying
about the butting goat and the potential damage
to poor Old Gramps on the edge!
not to mention the other colors of the pegs!

missed your writing!

Ha Ha,

Welcome Jennifer you emule reject, lol.

Of course that was a terrible reflection. Great to see you here, I'm sure your poems (if you decide to post) will be fully appreciated. Your writing very much reminds me of an ex poster on Here That girl (TG), a younger version of yourself I thought, check out some of her poems.

Anyway, again great to have you aboard, for however long.

Is that an offical forum term? An ex poster? I'm hurt Kris, really, I'll never forgive you.

Anyway, I feel if someone's writing is being compared to mine I should at least introduce myself: that girl, at your service.

I'm pleased to see you found the forum, Jen. Sadly I'm not a frequent poster. I will check back and read your stuff, however. An older version of me, you say....

Hi Sarah! I would love to read your work as well. Thanks for introducing yourself.

sheesh I wonder how old Mr. Camus thinks I am.
and I wonder if you have my eyes.
hmm I think I will go post a poem
make myself at home

edit:
16! Whoa I am impressed! I really enjoyed the poems I read so far, did not comment yet, too busy reading and should be sleeping.

When I was 16 I wrote this horrid piece

the smoke blurs my eyes
but clears my head
I was once suicidal
Now just wish I were dead

damn I am really sorry for hijacking this thread. bad rep day 1.
