Some good stuff here. I like the simplicity in the etching of the woman and how the essence of the character is still achieved. The painting reminded me a little of something by Georgia O'Keefe; it had kind of a New Mexico feel to it, where I believe much of her work was inspired. Her paintings are so vibrant, and great to copy to get some practice mixing colors. I did a copy of one of here pieces using acryllic a while back. It was challenging. Using skulls for a still life works well in so many different mediums and I like what you've done here. The two drawings below that were quite cool and the surrealism of the last one really stood out - dramatic and unique. Do you have any photography to hang on these digital walls?

nice to have another Aussie onboard,

TDF- funny that I just happened along the day after you posted, its been a while since I dropped in here...

The last two images are etchings from copper plates. I also love the results etching gives and I think it really suits the way I draw. Unfortunately its a rather complex process starting before you even begin the drawing. If it wasn't so impractical I'd do it more often.

Thanks for the response

Thanks.
I've got a fair few prints of those. Been thinking of selling them for a while but haven't gotten around to it.

Laying around??? These are terrific. Have you entered any art competitions with these? I really am impressed with number one and the last one.
Such talent!

Cheers,
Kim
